Summary of facilities

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation of a reservation should be made at least 48 hours in advance. No cancellation charge will be occurred in this instance. If the cancellation is made within 48 hours notice, then a 50% charge may be incurred for holding that room with insufficient notice of cancellation, at the discretion of Aspen Queenstown. If a guest fails to cancel a reservation and the guest fails to arrive then the full accommodation charge may be incurred, at the discretion of the Aspen Queenstown. We are unable to accommodate pets during your stay. Check-in available from 2pm. Standard checkout required by 10am. Late checkout surcharge may apply at the discretion of Aspen Queenstown.
