Welcome to Queenstown Motel Apartments, you’ll love staying with us… We are conveniently located at 62 Frankton Road, 700 metres from the town centre on the main road into Queenstown. We designed our Motel Apartments especially to suit people (and their pockets) travelling alone, with a companion, or 2 or more couples travelling together who prefer their own bathroom, kitchenette and television remote control to use whenever and however they want to! All our new studio accommodation includes kitchenettes containing a microwave, toaster, jug, fridge, crockery and cutlery. We also have something different, we designed our kitchen joinery to include recycling bins! Some units have fantastic views overlooking Lake Wakatipu and the mountains, some have spabaths, king or superking beds and LCD televisions. The other rooms have a queen and single bed, a regular bath and a flat screen television with views of Ben Lomond and the Skyline Gondolas. Located at 62 Frankton Road, Queenstown Motel Apartments are located on the main road between Queenstown and the Aiport, and only 5 minutes walk from the center of town.

The Rooms

Queenstown Motel Apartments opened in December 2004 and were built especially to be both people and environmentally friendly. We are proud of our Qualmark 4 Star plus rating and are dedicated to provide the best standards of accommodation and service possible to our guests. Most studios have a queen and a single king bed. We also have king beds, lovely lake and mountain views and spa bath units available for honeymooners and other special occasions. Cancellation Policy

Once you make a reservation with us, rooms are held for your exclusive occupation in our computerised reservation system. We do not have a policy of overbooking and guarantee your reservation. Due to the nature of our business cancellations affect us significantly and we apply the following cancellation policy: A minimum of 14-days notice from check in time is required for the cancellation / amendment of a reservation. A cancellation / amendment to a reservation (or an existing stay) advised outside the above time frame or a 'No Show' may result in a 'Cancellation Fee’ charged equivalent to one night’s tariff. Any 'Cancellation Fee’ charged will be refunded if room(s) are re-let under similar terms and conditions of the original reservation. We reserve the right to accept reservations that are subject to a minimum stay period over peak periods. A request to reduce the length of stay on an existing reservation may result in the reservation no longer being accepted. We recommend all guests have an up to date travel insurance arrangement in case of unforeseen circumstances.
