Only a 5 minute walk to the scenic waterfront with its award winning restaurants and 2km from the town centre. Our holiday homes are perfectly placed for all of Nelson's attractions. We offer affordable luxury that's perfect for families, business people wanting to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life, honeymooners or any other special romantic occasion. The Captain's Quarters: This 2 bedroom holiday home sleeps up to 5-6 people and enjoys spectacular and uninterrupted sea views from both it's bedroom and living areas. Perfect for both couples and family groups, the master bedroom is upstairs and has a queensize bed and single windowseat bed. The second bedroom is downstairs and has 2 single beds (bunk style). The lounge has a double foldout sofabed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a stove/oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and toaster. It has a seating area and opens onto a private sun deck that overlooks the views and mature native bush. The lounge has comfortable seating, quality wooden furniture and comes fitted with home entertainment systems (TV, DVD, CD stereo). The bathroom is upstairs and is well equipped with a shower, hair dryer, heater, washing machine and dryer. There is a separate toilet. The apartment is web enabled with high speed internet. The tasteful, modern decor has a nautical theme and is enhanced by the wide use of native timbers and polished brass fittings. Binoculars are provided to watch all the boating activity and races on Tasman Bay through the large picture windows. The Chart House Upper Deck is a spacious two-bedroom apartment with open plan living with fantastic views from every room. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two singles. There is also a comfortable double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, cook top, microwave and a great selection of crockery and cutlery. The open plan kitchen/dining and lounge all enjoy the great views. The lounge is equipped with TV, DVD, Stereo, CD and high speed internet. The Upper Deck has an outdoor area with furniture and a bbq. A perfect spot for a relaxed lunch overlooking the sparkling bay.
