The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite facilities, and French doors leading onto the grassy courtyard. The second bedroom has a twin bed arrangement and an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower. The central open-plan living area is spacious, with full height ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen, seating for 4 in the dining area, and a lounge. The lounge has TV, DVD, French doors leading onto the grassy courtyard, and two sofas - one doubling as pull-out bed for occasional use. The special architectural feature of the cottage is a good old-fashioned hand-finished clay floor. The 3 bedroom "barn". The brand new barn is crafted from cypress timber, and provides comfortable Wanaka accommodation for up to 7 people. The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite facilities, telephone and French doors leading to the grassy courtyard. The second bedroom is attic-style and is usually arranged as king plus single. Bedroom three is also attic style with king. A second bathroom has bath and shower. The living area is spacious, with full height ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen, seating for 6 in the dining area and a lounge. There is TV, DVD and French doors leading to the grassy courtyard. One of two sofas doubles as pull-out bed for occasional use. The barn features a child-safe piece of architectural fun - an internal “bridge” which spans the living area to connect the attic bedrooms. With prior notice, all beds can be arranged as either king or twin.
