The brand new cottage has been crafted in traditional style from local schist stone, providing comfortable Wanaka accommodation for 4. The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite facilities, and French doors leading onto the grassy courtyard. The second bedroom has a twin bed arrangement and an adjacent bathroom with bath and shower. The central open-plan living area is spacious, with full height ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen, seating for 4 in the dining area, and a lounge. The lounge has TV, DVD, French doors leading onto the grassy courtyard, and two sofas - one doubling as pull-out bed for occasional use. The special architectural feature of the cottage is a good old-fashioned hand-finished clay floor. The 3 bedroom "barn". The brand new barn is crafted from cypress timber, and provides comfortable Wanaka accommodation for up to 7 people. The master bedroom has king bed, ensuite facilities, telephone and French doors leading to the grassy courtyard. The second bedroom is attic-style and is usually arranged as king plus single. Bedroom three is also attic style with king. A second bathroom has bath and shower. The living area is spacious, with full height ceiling, a well-equipped kitchen, seating for 6 in the dining area and a lounge. There is TV, DVD and French doors leading to the grassy courtyard. One of two sofas doubles as pull-out bed for occasional use. The barn features a child-safe piece of architectural fun - an internal “bridge” which spans the living area to connect the attic bedrooms. With prior notice, all beds can be arranged as either king or twin.
