NORTH & SOUTH APARTMENTS - Self contained & serviced. Try something completely different....... Our North & South Holiday Apartments are perfect town house style accommodation suitable for longer stays for up to 4 people. Two beautifully furnished sunny two bedroom apartments, comprising queen bed, (that can be split to 2 x singles), 2 x single beds, (100% pure cotton sheeting) wool blanketing or duvets, separate lounge/dining, kitchen, wireless internet access, free local phone, free dial up internet, SKY Digital TV/DVD, full laundry and kitchen facilities (full stove/oven,fridge/freezer, microwave, crockery/pots/pans/glassware), 2 x WCs and one bathroom/shower/vanity, bathrobes, quality toiletries, 100% cotton towelling, off street parking, long term rates available. Sleeps up to 3 people. EAST WING Overlooking the swimming pool garden, the sunny East Wing suite features a separate bedroom with a queen, & twin single beds in the lounge, pure cotton sheeting, 2 x TVs and DVD, Old English Oak furniture lounge area, large bathroom (Bath/Shower, W. KIWI GARDEN COTTAGE Our newly refurbished natural & earthy themed cottage, complete with your own private secret garden comprising a private spa / jacuzzi, barbeque area, NZ native plants/ferns, thermal water feature, enclosed grassed play area. Our spacious cosy ground level 3 x separate bedroom cottage with full disability access facilities, 2 x bathrooms (one with bath/shower & toilet and separate disabled toilet and shower), full kitchen includes dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave and laundry facilities, spacious lounge/dining area, flat screen TV/DVD/stereo, sunny patio, toiletries, bathrobes, crockery, linen, duvets. Cosy geothermal central heating. WEST WING STUDIO ACCOMMODATION For busy travellers-on-the-go requiring excellent self contained studio accommodation at a cost effective rate. East West is pleased to introduce high quality self contained Studio Accommodation options for overnight travellers requiring either ROOM ONLY or CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST TRAY INCLUSION (delivered to suite). Cancellation Policy

Because of our intimate size late cancellations can affect us greatly. For bookings of less than three nights duration, no deposit is required. However cancellation within 48 hours notice may incur a loss of one night’s booking amount debited from your credit card. Overseas travellers: Please ensure cancellation provisions are included in your travel insurance policy. For three night bookings or more, a deposit of 25% of total booking may be made at the time of booking. Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice incur a loss of deposit. However cancellation within 48 hours notice may incur a loss of 50% of the total booking amount debited from your credit card. Overseas travellers: Please ensure cancellation provisions are included in your travel insurance policy. For group bookings for any number of nights booked, a 25% deposit of the total of number of nights booked may be required at the time of booking. Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice incur a loss of deposit. However cancellation within 48 hours notice may incur a loss of one night’s booking amount debited from your credit card plus loss of deposit. Overseas travellers: Please ensure cancellation provisions are included in your travel insurance policy. No shows are debited the full amount of the stay from the guest's credit card. Changes to nightly stays made during the stay may be debited the full amount of booking period. Credit card details are taken at the time of booking to secure your reservation only. Payment of balance of deposit, or full payment is made on departure. No payments are made in full at time of booking unless otherwise arranged. All deposits are receipted on invoice and emailed for your record. OVERSEAS TRAVELLERS: PLEASE ENSURE LOSS OF DEPOSIT FOR ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATIONS ARE INCLUDED IN YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE POLICY
