Cancellation Policy

We require seven days’ notice of cancellation, or failing that, one night’s accommodation will be payable. Public Holidays + Holiday Weekends If cancelled more than 14 days in advance a full refund will be given. If cancelled less than 14 days in advance no refund will be given. However we will do our best to resell the room (the odds are pretty good!) and then we can refund for the nights the room is resold. Minimum nights stay may apply.
