Rotorua Spa Motel Accommodation Our Rotorua motel has 17 units consisting of: Six Studio Units – Facilities include a queen-size bed in the bedroom, or two single beds, en suite facilities, tea and coffee-making facilities, microwave, fridge and toaster. Have your choice of private courtyard and spa pool, or double-spa bath in the bathroom. Five One-Bedroom Units – Sleeps two to four people with a queen-size bed in the bedroom (one unit has two singles instead), well-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area with single bed and a fold out sofa bed. Two televisions with Sky. Each unit has it's own private courtyard with a self-fill spa pool. Two Two-Bedroom Units – Sleeps two to six people. There is a queen bed and a single bed in the upstairs bedroom, TV and bathroom at the top of the stairs and one bedroom downstairs with two single beds. We also have an alcove under the stairs with a full-size single bed, fully equipped kitchen lounge area with sofa and private courtyard with spa pool. Townhouses at our Rotorua Spa Motel The four two-bedroom townhouses sleep two to five people and are very popular with guests wanting some personal space, security and storage for their sports equipment, mountain bikes and vehicles. Each townhouse has a private courtyard and lawn area for you to relax in and enjoy during your stay. These units sleep between two to five people comfortably and offer the following facilities: Queen-size bed in main bedroom Second bedroom with two single beds or king-size bed Two units have fold down sofa beds in the lounge Tiled walk-in shower room Fully equipped kitchen including oven, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer Dining table and chairs, lounge area with sofa and TV with SKY Cobbled courtyard with seating Internal-access garaging with remote control Family-size shared spa pool in a purpose built, timber lined cabin, just for the four townhouses
