How to Book?
Since 2003 Excel Hotels Ltd has been delivering hotel reservations via their leading secure online booking system. Designed with speed and simplicity in mind, you can search for a wide range of accommodation by location. Alternatively, using the ‘advanced search’ facility, you can find hotels and other types of accommodation to meet your specific requirements.
You can book online in three easy steps:
A copy of your reservation will be emailed and faxed to your chosen Hotel instantly and a copy of the booking confirmation forwarded to your personal email address at the same time. It's that simple!

How to Pay?
Excel Hotels Ltd processes and delivers your reservation using their secure online booking system. Excel Hotels Ltd debits 10% deposit plus a transaction fee from the debit or credit card given at the time of making the reservation. The Customer is responsible for settling the full account, (less the 10% deposit on the room rate which has been paid in advance) directly with the Hotel either on arrival or departure. All hotels featured on excelhotels.com accept credit / debit cards or cash. Excel Hotels cannot guarantee Hotels will accept foreign currency or travellers cheques or any other forms of payment.
How to Cancel?
If you need to cancel your online reservation you must email the Hotel directly. The Hotel email address will be provided on your booking confirmation. As the booking agent, Excel Hotels does not charge a cancellation fee however you may be charged by the Hotel if you cancel after their requested notice period. Hotels each have their own cancellation policy. This can vary from 4pm on the day of arrival to seven days prior. Please remember to read the hotel's cancellation terms prior to making your reservation. This information will also be displayed on your confirmation of booking. The deposit charged at the time of making the reservation will not be refunded in the event of cancellation unless the Customer emails cancellation@excelhotels.com, from the email address used at the booking stage, quoting their Booking Reference number and the reason for cancellation.

Excelhotels.com is an online distribution system allowing Hotels to sell live 'real time' availability and discount accommodation rates to customers worldwide.
Hotels have access to the Excel Hotels secure extranet site where they can update their rates, availability and Hotel information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any changes they make update instantly.
Why book online?
Hotels offer discount rates online because our system allows them an effective, cost efficient way of managing their rates and availability. They can sell at reduced rates online because they can open and close these discount rates whenever they need to plus save the administration costs which are associated with taking a booking via telephone, fax, email or face to face. For customers, Excelhotels.com makes it easy to search for hotels in a wide range of locations, compare prices and facilities and book accommodation online instantly. No more delays waiting for hotels to respond to your booking enquiry!
Customer Terms and Conditions of making a booking
The contract for the purchase of the Product is between the Customer and the Hotel. For a copy of the Hotel's terms and conditions please contact the Hotel directly.
Because Excel Hotels Ltd acts as an online booking agent we have no contractual liability to the Customer in respect of the product the Customer purchases. The Hotel controls their individual information through our database system. Excel Hotels Ltd is not responsible for the information the Hotel provides.
